Synopsis:
Despite the many advantages of resin bonded cements, many clinicians avoid using them because of their perceived difficulty in handling. This course shows doctors how to prepare cases for cementation by controlling the field, and by properly preparing the castings prior to cementing. Further, the clinician will learn how to make the cleanup of excess cement a stress-free and predictable procedure. By managing the cementation procedure well, the doctor can benefit from stronger, more durable, more biocompatible cements.
