About Dr. David Boschken:

Dr. David R. Boschken was certified with Invisalign in 1999 during his residency at the University of Pennsylvania and has been treating Invisalign patients in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2000 with more than 6,000 Invisalign starts. Dr. Boschken was one of two hand-picked original speakers by co-founders (Zia Chishti and Kelsey Wirth) for Align starting in 2000 and was an active member of Align’s Alpha Group (early clinical advisory board). He helped found General Orthodontics (GO) a treatment planning company which was purchased by Align in 2005. Align renamed that company Invisalign Consulting Service (ICS). Dr. Boschken later co-founded ClinReview a treatment planning company geared toward assisting general dentist and orthodontist with Invisalign treatment planning. He has developed one of the largest Invisalign study clubs and provides assistance to dentists nationwide. Dr. Boschken is Align's longest tenured faculty member and Invisalign lecturer for more than 24 years and trained thousands of dentists and orthodontists throughout North and South America, Europe, and APAC. He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a double major in Biochemistry and Anthropology. He received his dental degree and orthodontic training from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine and spent a year in England for a hospital residency at Guy’s and St. Thomas Hospital. He has two private practices in Los Altos and San Jose, California. Dr. Boschken has been part of Align’s official Beta Channel researching and testing all new products.
